VIDHI is a family heritage platform that helps families preserve traditions, rituals, memories, stories, and knowledge for future generations.

VIDHI is an organizational and preservation tool. It does not replace family elders, religious authorities, legal advisors, or professional guidance.

Account Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Use the platform lawfully and respectfully
  • Ensure you have the right to upload family content you add to the archive

Family Content

You are responsible for the content your family adds to VIDHI.

You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.

VIDHI may remove content or suspend access if necessary to protect users, comply with law, or maintain platform integrity.

Preservation, Not Authority

VIDHI helps families remember and organize what they already follow.

Ritual guidance, preparation plans, samagri lists, and tradition information are provided for informational and organizational purposes only.

Families remain responsible for verifying important religious, cultural, and practical details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Interfere with platform operation or security
  • Misuse support channels or automated systems
  • Use VIDHI for unlawful purposes

Service Availability

VIDHI may improve, modify, or temporarily interrupt features for maintenance, security, or product development.

We aim for reliable family continuity, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIDHI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

VIDHI is not responsible for family disputes, cultural disagreements, ritual outcomes, or reliance on informational content without independent verification.
